And the fun begins!

My very own con beyotch and friend, Steve Staton, in a genuine Tilley hat (some sort of Canadian fetish) and a Noreascon supporter vest (complete with a Noreascon 3 button over his heart). We're off to do something, I imagine.

Oh, yeah -- go to the con. Well, I needed to pick up my participant's package (with ribbon and schedule) and check on a couple of things. Not that I'd be spending a lot of time here today -- damn my laziness on Saturday!
The lovely and talented Vera Nazarian, novelist, SFWA member and Musketeer.

The equally lovely and talented Terry Pratchett, this year's GOH. In case you can't read it, Terry's shirt says, in decreasing font size:

"Tolkien's dead.
J.R. Rowling said no.
Phillip Pullman couldn't make it.
Hi, I'm Terry Pratchett."

And you wonder why I love this man.

I've taken off my Musketeer boots and I'm ready to party.
