  Friday

Cool weather, and an even cooler dress -- I'm happy.

La Capitaine in full Musketeer regalia (including collar sewn by Yours Truly), on her way to a signing at the SFWA table.

Laura Anne Gilman, giving us her patented Look of Icy Hauteur(TM). Sends chills down your spine, it does.

The One Of A Kind Musketeer doll, complete with real dagger and sword, that will be up for auction at the Emergency Medical Fund auction tomorrow. Oh, if I could only sell a kidney between now and then. . .or just not pay the rent for a month. . .

Terry Pratchett, trying to leave after his reading. I've run into him multiple times this con, and I STILL haven't gotten a chance to say hello.

Kristine Smith, setting up a pool shot at the Academy of Spherical Objects, where this year's Eos publishing party was held. Much alcohol was consumed, and many threats were made to innocent parties with pool cues, which is what playing pool is all about.
